HMML School
School has been one of the components of HMML since the first launch in 2015. The new version launched in November 2018 includes additional lessons and improved tools for transcription. School is built on Wix, hosted on its own domain distinct from the main HMML Reading Room application. Images are hosted by Amazon Web Services and viewed using the OpeanSeaDragon viewer. Online transcription exercises use CKEditor. Interactive content for Latin exercises use embedded code from H5P.org.
The images in School are used with permission of the owning libraries, as outlined in the HMML Terms of Use
